UK governments called on the women their country to learn to walk by wearing high heels since their teens.

In fact, they have a special government-funded academy for the course of high-heeled shoes, ‘Sexy Heels in The City Course’ at South Thames College, London.

Participants must be aged at least 16 years and pay around ?150 for the course for six weeks. In addition to use high heels shoes to walk the course, the teens are also taught how to carry designer bags properly.

The existence of this course aims to prepare young women to enter the world of British business and their social lives.

“The earlier a young woman learning to walk with high heels, the better for their lives in the future – in terms of business and socialize,” explained Chyna Whyne, one of the teaching courses, as reported by Stuff.
